About Us

Having traded since 2005 the business has successfully grown into a company that can now handle all sorts of jobs in the commercial & private sectors of the construction world. Be it outright demolition of small or large sites, to preparing for groundworks right through to completed works. Our recent & ongoing portfolio of work at Stanford Le Hope, Essex, includes complete redevelopment of plots for container storage yards, new metal recycling yards with high standards to comply with current EA & Local Authority requirements.
The next phase of works have recently commenced with a new 2 acre yard under construction for a regional scaffolding company with offices for up to 30 staff as their new head office. Completion due by June/July 2020.
During the course of 2019 heavy investment has gone into upgrading equipment with the most recent being a new Terex Finlay J-960 crusher with a new 3 way screen splitter joining early next year. This will help complete the re-processing side of the business with a dedicated yard in Stanford Le Hope producing recycled aggregate for the construction industry.

Machines

With rising transport costs and landfill taxation,
combined ever-stricter regulations on recycling, Daniel decided on providing a unique and environmentally friendly business service aimed at small contractors. Enter the city-crusher; it can chomp soild concrete down to sub-base ready crushed aggregate in a matter of minutes, recycling a massive 50-100 tonnes of hardcore per hour. The machine is 2.5 meters wide, allowing it to access small sites and areas with restricted access. For less than the cost of hiring skips and transport, hardcore can be crushed and recycled on site to type 1 reusable material. The city crusher also saves on the cost and labour of bringing in fresh sub-base material

"The city crusher is perfect for smaller building contractors and landscapers sites, where the machine can offer access to small areas and offers a more commercially viable option to transporting waste away. As well as being environmentally friendly, the crusher can convert tonnes of hardcore to base material in the time it would take to load a skip.'
